By using WorthIt, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What WorthIt provides
WorthIt identifies products from user-provided information, searches configured third-party sources, normalizes current listings, estimates market value and condition, and may provide Deal Scores, price history, Watches and buying-timing information. WorthIt is a shopping-research service, not the seller of the products shown in search results.
Informational estimates
Market values, ranges, Deal Scores, condition classifications, historical observations and Should I Buy Now? assessments are informational estimates. They are not appraisals, warranties, guarantees, financial or investment advice, or promises of future availability or resale value. When reliable evidence is limited, WorthIt may provide fewer results or reduced confidence.
Third-party listings and transactions
Prices, availability, condition, shipping, taxes, seller information and product details are supplied by third parties and can change or be inaccurate. Always verify the exact item and final transaction terms on the merchant or marketplace before purchasing. Purchases, returns, warranties, disputes and fulfillment occur between you and the third-party merchant or marketplace.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it. Provide accurate account information and promptly protect or reset credentials you believe are compromised. WorthIt may restrict or disable accounts used to abuse the service or violate these Terms.
WorthIt Free, search reveals and WorthIt+
WorthIt Free currently includes one search preview per day. A preview can show aggregate information such as the number of matching listings, the lowest current price found, potential savings and condition counts while withholding the underlying deal details. A one-time $2.99 USD Search Reveal permanently unlocks the actual listings for that specific search on the purchasing account. WorthIt+ is $12.99 USD per month for new subscriptions and automatically unlocks full search results while retaining the additional Plus features shown on the Pricing page. Existing active subscribers may remain on a previously offered price unless they cancel and later resubscribe. Features can depend on available data and configured providers.
Billing and cancellation
One-time Search Reveals and WorthIt+ subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Search Reveals apply only to the purchased search and are not subscriptions. WorthIt+ renews monthly until canceled; you can manage or cancel an active subscription through WorthIt’s billing portal. Cancellation normally preserves subscription access through the current paid-through period reported by Stripe. Any refund rights are governed by applicable law and the terms presented at purchase; billing questions can be sent through the Contact page.
Account deletion
You may permanently delete your account from the Account page. The deletion process may cancel an active subscription and remove access to WorthIt data associated with that account. Some limited operational, accounting, security or legal records may be retained where reasonably necessary or required by law.
Uploads and acceptable use
Only upload content you have the right to submit. Do not upload unlawful content, malware or material intended to expose another person’s sensitive information. Do not abuse automated endpoints, evade usage or rate limits, scrape or reverse-engineer the service in a way that harms WorthIt or its providers, interfere with other users, probe private infrastructure, or use WorthIt to circumvent third-party access controls.
Affiliate links

Service availability and changes
WorthIt depends on third-party APIs, marketplaces, databases and infrastructure. Sources can become unavailable, rate-limited or inaccurate without notice. WorthIt may modify, suspend or discontinue features when necessary for reliability, compliance, provider requirements or product development.
Intellectual property
WorthIt’s software, branding, interface and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party product names, trademarks, listing content and images remain the property of their respective owners.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, WorthIt is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without a guarantee that every result, valuation, provider, notification or feature will be uninterrupted, complete or error-free.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WorthIt is not responsible for losses caused by third-party merchants, inaccurate third-party listings, market-price changes, unavailable products, missed notifications, or decisions made solely from WorthIt estimates. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these Terms
WorthIt may update these Terms as the product changes. The date at the top will be updated when material revisions are published.
